NNT Consulting

About

Someone in your corner. Not another vendor pitching you.

Why NNT Consulting exists

Founder-led businesses are the ones the consulting industry serves worst. Big consultancies are built for enterprises with committees and long timelines. Agencies specialise in one discipline and rarely look at the business as a whole. NNT exists for the businesses stuck in between, too complex for a single freelancer, too fast-moving for a traditional consultancy's pace.

Our philosophy

We start with what's commercially true about your business, then bring in whatever technology serves it. We stay involved until the work is done, not until a recommendation has been written down.

What makes us different

We can think strategically and build what a strategy calls for. Websites, systems, automations, reporting, all under one roof. That means fewer handoffs, fewer things getting lost in translation, and one person accountable for the outcome instead of three people accountable for their own piece of it.

Our values

Honesty over the upsell

We'll tell a client the answer is smaller than they expected, even when a bigger answer would pay us more.

Judgement over process

Frameworks help until they don't. We know when to use one and when to put it down.

Doing over advising

A recommendation nobody acts on isn't worth anything. We stay until the work is running.

Plain language over jargon

If we can't explain it simply, we probably haven't understood it well enough yet.

How we work

Close enough to know your business. Independent enough to tell you the truth about it.

We work alongside your team for the length of an engagement, rather than running a workshop and vanishing to write a report. Most clients keep working with us afterwards, not because of a contract they're locked into, but because it keeps paying off.

The founder

NNT Consulting started from a simple observation. The businesses doing the most interesting, ambitious work are often founder-led companies with five to a hundred people, and they're consistently the ones consulting serves worst. NNT exists to change that, one client at a time.

A short call is usually enough to know if we're the right fit.
